Education: MBA HR preferred   Experience: 1-3 years  Location : Bangalore  - We are looking for an HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive who would :  - Be responsible for managing HR operations (Includes planning, organizing, execution and logical closure)  - Facilitate and manage HR programs such as Wellness program, Recognition program etc., at CoE level  - Interact and work closely with all the stakeholders concerned viz., HRBP- s, Marketing team, Admin team, External vendors etc.,  - Review and up keep policies; Create and maintain SoP documents  IT Skills :   - MS-Excel  - Good at reporting and creating dashboards  Soft skills :  - Good verbal and written communication skills  - Good interpersonal skills  - Good analytical, logical and presentation skills  - Proactive, attention to detail, creative, and high on energy  - Able to multitask and manage priorities
