Java Tech Lead /Architect( IT Start UP in fitness & Healthcare domain)  Minimum Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in IT or similar  7+ years strong JAVA/JEE experience in development and implementation of web based transactional applications using Core Java, SOAP based Web Services, Spring IOC, Hibernate and SQL  Strong hands-on experience in Object Oriented Programming and Design, UML,  Must be able to interact with business users and senior technical people to decipher what the actual requirements are  Must be able to translate technical and business requirements into correct designs or enhancements  Must be able and willing to do analysis independently to determine the technical flow of code and systems and be able to question/document/explain it  Working knowledge of Relational Databases  Excellent Team and client communication(verbal, written and presentation) skills  Ability to triage, troubleshoot, root cause analysis and resolution of production issues  Must be able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment  Must be able to mentor junior team members on technical issues  Must be exposed to project metrics   - BTech / BE / MTech / MS from IIT, DCE, NSIT, REC, NIT or other top university in Computer Science, Engineering would be preferred.
