JAVA Solution Architect - IT

- Have at least 10+ Yrs of relevant experience on JAVA and should be hands on Java.

-Have excellent architecture and design skills

- Have sound experience in solutions architecture design

- Have excellent knowledge of formal modelling notations (Archimate, UML, BPMN)

- Have excellent knowledge of one or more of the following concepts or technologies (SOA, API Management, Microservices, Enterprise Integration Patterns, Case Management, NoSQL, REST, Javascript UI frameworks, Business Rules Engine)

- Have good knowledge of common design patterns

- Have good knowledge of the JEE platform

- Have good knowledge of at least one Application Server (Weblogic, JBoss)

- Have good knowledge of at least one Enterprise Service Bus (OSB, ServiceMix)

- Have good knowledge of at least one RDBMS (Oracle Database, IBM DB2)

- Have good knowledge of development methodologies (UP, Scrum)

- Knowledge of open source solutions is an asset

Qualifications

- Have a computer science degree or equivalent experience and you have minimum 10 years of experience in the IT sector including 2 years in IT solutions design

- Eager to learn new technologies; you are constantly up-to-date with IT evolutions and trends

- Have excellent communication skills and you can write complex documents and deliver persuasive presentations

- Have the ability to define and analyse user requirements and advise customers on scope and options for business and IT improvements

- Are capable to demonstrate your experience of working as the solution owner in your area of technical specialism on bids, programs and projects

- Are flexible, pro-active, structured and quality-oriented

- Can speak and write fluently in English

- Willingness to travel to Europe for short or long duration
