Function : Human Resource   Position : AM/Manager - Talent Acquistion  Location : Gurgaon  Reporting to : Senior Manager - HR  Role Description :   Manager-Talent Acquisition :  Man Power Planning :   - Manage the Talent Acquisition function for the organization, work closely with business heads on the recruitment plan and hiring strategies  - Building and managing a robust selection mechanism in integration with the different verticals  Recruitment Cycle & Metrics :   - Plan & strategically implement the recruitment process to meet the organizational needs while understanding the time commitments and deadlines.  - Constant review and improvisation of the recruitment process and take measures to close gaps  - Maintain vendor relations, resolve billing or service related issues  - Managing referral process, its implementation.  - Monitor and optimize recruitment cost  - Promote and utilize different talent acquisition channels such as internal referrals, social media etc  Building HR Capabilities :  - Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external stakeholders  - Explore & keep-up with the market's best practices in the Talent Acquisition space & other areas of HR and implement the best suited practices in the organization  - Work closely with Human Resources colleagues and key stakeholders to coordinate and improve talent management processes related to recruitment, assessment, on-boarding etc.  Other Areas :  - Maintaining & analyzing MIS and reports  - Recruitment Forecast, trend & budgeting.  Team Management :   - Train, mentor & manage a team of sourcing and recruitment specialists  - Manage, develop strong capabilities in the team.  Desired Candidate Profile :   - 5 to 7 yrs of relevant experience   - Should be in a Assistant Manager / Manager HR Role.   - Experience of handling a team.  - Experience in managing bulk hiring requirements/ Contact Center hiring.  - Knowledge all aspects of HR preferred  - Excellent communication and presentation skills with high level of confidence.   - Strong focus on delivery and results with high energy levels  - Strong written and verbal communication.   - Decision making ability in day to day situations.  - PG - MBA/PGDM - Human Resource
