Our cutting edge eCommerce platform, highly experienced buying team, agile warehouse systems and state of the art customer care centre provides customer with:   - Broader selection of products   - Superior buying experience   - On-time delivery of products   - Quick resolution of any concerns   Job Summary:  Position / Grade: Assistant Manager,Warehouse operations, Returns and refunds  Department: Operations   Location: Gurgaon   About the Team:   Returns and Refunds is a cross functional team which works to create Customer Delight in the process of Returns and Refunds through Strategic interventions and business process improvements.  Requirements:  - People management  - Strong analytical mind and good communications skills.  - Well versed in Microsoft Excel and creating presentations using Power point, MS Visio, etc.  - Ability to work hand on on ERP for inventory processing.  - Ability to sift through facts and figures and create meaning out of the same  - Ability to read and decipher patterns  - Ability to execute improvements in Business Processes  - Experience in warehouse/ operations environment  Responsibilities:   - Managing the processes at Returns warehouse and ensuring their compliance.  - Develop new processes for returns part at warehouse  - Defining business requirement for new processes for business improvement.  - Addressing operational issues across functions involved in Returns process and providing inputs through research and strategic analysis.   - Identifying process gaps and execute improvements to achieve process excellence in operations.  - Ensuring proper material flow at warehouse and handover of QC pass products to inventory.  - System improvement at warehouse to increase the productivity.  Minimum Qualification : IIT/BITS/NIT/DCE
