Key Skills :

- Should be CA with post qualification experience of 5-8 years. The person should also be CPA.

- Must have worked in environment of MNC for at least 2 -3 years.

- Proficient in MS-Office Applications

- Responsible for Finalization /preparation of Accounts as per IGAAP as well as and USA GAAP with applicable Accounting Standards. Person needs to have a strong US GAAP background

- Knowledge of IFRS and Transfer Pricing is desirable.

- Team Management experience essential. The Person must have been at Management Level in finance/accounts function for last 2+ years.

- Must have extensive experience in Expenses Management, Accounts Receivable & Payable Management and reporting thereof.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitoring Expenses, Accounting Payable and Receivables. Scrutinizing all ledger accounts. Ensuring accounting for all provisions of expenses and revenue.

- Finalizing books of Accounts of Indian and group companies on monthly basis within the timeframe agreed.

- Ensuring compliance to all tax Laws (Indian and overseas) related to TDS/Withholding tax, VAT, Service Tax, Income Tax, other taxes applicable etc.

- Finalization /Preparations of Balance Sheet of all group companies with notes to Accounts as per IGAAP as well as USA GAAP. Consolidation PL and BS as per regulatory requirement.

- Dealing with Statutory & Internal Auditors.

- Timely submission of MIS. Budget Vs Actual Sales, P&L, BS and Cash Flow
