We have a requirement with Saudi Based IT Company for IVR professionals expertise in Avaya in Phone banking (BFSI Domain)  Position: IVR Project Leader / Asst. Manager / Project Consultant  Reporting to Project Manager  Experience: Overall 8+ years experience out of which 5+yrs in IVR (Avaya) Phone banking (BFSI domain)  JD:  - Candidate must have very strong understanding and experience of IVR Phone Banking in a banking environment  - He should have at least 6 years of relevant experience in which minimum two years as a project leader / team leader / assistant project manager or must have manage couple of projects.  - Should have Bachelor's / Master's degree in relevant field  Role:  - Candidate will oversee and manage the all the activities related to IVR  - Candidate must have exp in Project Management for at least 4 yrs  - He will be managing day to day activities, enhancements / upgrades if any etc. he will not be working as technical consultant instead he will be managing the IVR Project.   - Coordinate efforts for completing activities in plan.   - Update the status & discuss regularly with the Project Manager.   - Provide regular status reports for all activities related to the project.   - Identify and resolve issues  - Identify and mitigate risks.   - Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders.   - Identify relevant Team capabilities in reference to the project.   - Coordinating for SIT & UAT  - Create project plan, project schedules, and design documents  - Reviews software deliverable developed by team members   - Effective project planning and execution   - Define milestones based schedule for all major activities of the project   - Work with the Quality Assurance to achieve desired quality goals.   - Extensive interaction & coordination with bank's vendors  - Coordinating with the project execution Team   Candidates with 90 days notice, please do not apply as the notice which could be considered for this requirement is b/w 30 to 60 days.   If interested in this position please share us your profile.  A.
