Their high-impact approach brings people together to share skills, build capabilities, promote international understanding and action to change lives and make the world a fairer place.  VSO has extended its recruitment program to India through its partner iVolunteer Overseas (iVO). iVO gives qualified and experienced professionals the unique opportunity to work in countries in great need for their skills. Since 2005, more than 200 committed and skilled volunteers have been placed through iVO program and have come back with enriched lives and careers.  Role overview  One of VSO Ghana's programmes is the Cocoa Life Programme, a 10-year programme funded by Mondel&#275;z International and jointly implemented by VSO, Care International, World Vision International and the Ghanaian government.
