ITC Infotech - Consultant/Sr Consultant/ Principal Consultant - Enterprise Performance Management & Business Analytics

The role :

Consultant/ Senior Consultant/ Principal Consultant - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), to join the rapidly expanding Business Consulting Group of ITC Infotech, a wholly owned subsidiary of US$ 7bn ITC Ltd, one of India's largest diversified conglomerates. We consult in major industry segments such as Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Airlines & Hospitality, BFSI. Our client projects are delivered internationally and in India. You will be part of the EPM team and have the opportunity to widen your experience across industries and develop your knowledge in the context of EPM/ BI tool implementations.

In our diverse and varied work you will accompany business and IT consulting projects on client's site, analyse the business user requirements, develop performance management models, define KPIs, benchmarks and design dashboards & rationalize reports. You will use EPM frameworks (e.g. Balanced Scorecard) and accelerators to ensure strategic alignment of the performance management model while providing actionable insights and faster decision making capabilities for our clients. You will develop optimization solutions for processes and EPM implementations, while gaining in-depth knowledge of complex business processes and system environments.

Your Profile :

- University degree (university or technical college) in the fields of finance, accounting, economics, computer science, business administration, engineering or equivalent education

- MBA/ CA or equivalent

- 4 - 12 yrs EPM/ BI functional consulting experience or MIS/ Performance reporting experience is a must

- Knowledge of various industry value chains, key challenges, operational level activities and KPIs

- Experience of designing (conceptual) reports & dashboards, is preferred

- Prior industry experience in Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Airlines or Hospitality sectors would be preferable

- Interest in analytical and conceptual tasks including thought leadership/ whitepapers etc

- Enthusiasm for new ideas and innovative solutions

- Open, motivated personality who enjoys working in a team and in challenging situations

- Willingness to travel extensively

- Excellent English proficiency, spoken and written, any additional language is a plus

- Working knowledge of MS Office suite is a must

The defined role is within the 35 member Enterprise Performance Management team which forms part of the 150 member Business Consulting Group that comprises industry practitioners and finance professionals with years of experience of working across sectors and geographies.

It is a pure play front end (client-facing) role. The candidate will be based in Bangalore and would be required to travel extensively (mostly to international locations) for short durations. Only applicants with relevant experience (functional or domain) would be considered for further screening. This is not a technical role.

Compensation would be the best in industry. The designation would be decided based on relevant prior experience and profile fitment.
