Position Title: Account Manager / Business Development, India Sales - Captives  Desirable qualifications: Mandatory - B.Tech / B.E./MCA   Desirable : MBA/PGDM/PGDBA or equivalent degree from leading institutions  Experience- Total of 10+ Years of experience  At least 3-4 years of experience in Account Management / Customer Engagement Management/ Sales / Business Development in IT Services organizations  If worked with Captive Client would be an added advantage  Role Key Responsibilities:  - Manage established clients  - Responsible for Revenue Growth  - Business Development to open new account  Skills Required:  - Sales or Account Management  - Relationship Management  - Responsible for Sales Targets  - Staffing and/or Project  - Captive Experience - Optional  - Good understanding of IT Services Industry  - International Client Management experience will be a plus  Posting: Pune, should be open to travel.  Reports to Head of Captive Services Business based in Bangalore
