IT Security Manager

Identity And Access Management

- Provide strong leadership and oversight to the Identity & Access Administration Management to technical teams

- Participate in recruitment and candidate assessment as part of initial and ongoing team build out

- Own and drive the transition process

- Assess performance of Identity and Access Management processes against relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction requirements

- Manage service delivery processes including Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Availability Management and Continuity Management and ensure that service management tools and processes are implemented in accordance with Organisational standards and procedures

- Coordinate with ITSCM tools team to maintain any relevant customer-facing service catalogue request items

- Ensure that key service support processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management, are implemented and effective

- Engage with key stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify current and future requirements so that demand for externally provided services is captured, prioritized and met

- Work collaboratively with Infrastructure & Operations and other IT functions

- Undertake ongoing review of processes, procedures and SLAs, influencing modifications and enhancements of services

- Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of support and maintenance services and provide recommendations for savings and improvements

- Provide input to design and development of service solutions, technology, processes, information and measurements to meet documented business requirements and outcomes

- Ensure services have appropriate on-going recovery capability within IT services to match the agreed needs, requirements and timescales of the business

Candidate Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- 2+ Years experience managing a technical team to deliver against service targets

- Strong knowledge of AD User & Group administration as well as Unix account administration

- 5+ Experience working with Identity Management platforms (e.g. Oracle, CA, SailPoint, IBM IAM)

- Familiarity with Cloud service offerings such as Office365

- Proven ability to schedule operate a 24x7 operational team

- Established track record operating in complex, multinational, corporate environment required

- A self-starter with high levels of drive, energy, resilience and a drive for professional excellence

- ITIL training / service management accreditation desired

- Ability to work well in diverse, multinational teams and proven ability to influence others to achieve positive outcomes

- Ability to prioritize, re-schedule and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment

- Experience of developing and managing relationships with global customers

- Good communication and facilitation skills

- Experience in risk assessment, mitigation and management

- Strong oral and written communication skills, particularly in presenting overviews of complex technical topics to business customers

- Willing to learn and able to manage ambiguity and operate effectively with limited oversight
