JOB DESCRIPTION  Key responsibilities:  - Expertise in concepts of end-to-end project planning and implementation from scope management, to activity sequencing, effort & cost estimation, risk analysis to quality management in adherence to international guidelines.  - Delivery management, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction, process compliance and software quality.  - Significant experience in leading teams & multiple projects.  Problem solver with a passion for technology, skilled in grasping the big picture, conceptualizing, developing, implementing solutions & partnering closely with business leaders & all stakeholders  - Significant Experience in Software Architecture, Design & Development. Able to lead and guide technology teams  - PMP Certified with minimum 2 years of experience post certification will be nice to have.  Experience:  Min 8-10 years - experience in FMCG, FB, CPG industries or IT/Consulting is required.  Preferably a person who has started his/her career as a Business Analyst and moved towards Project Management (PMP certification will be an added advantage).  Qualification:  B.E./B.Tech from top institutes/universities (like IITs, NITs)
