Position: Project Manager

Location: Jaipur

Job Description / Responsibilities:

7 - 10+ years of overall IT experience in Software and application.

2-4+ years of experience as Business analyst.

3-5+ years of experience in project management,

Experience in One or more domains :

- CRM and Marketing Automation.

- ERP - Finance and Accounting, eCommerce - B2C, B2B, Order processing, Shopping Cart, Auction, Catalog.

- Jewelry manufacturing or Retail.

- Supply Chain Management - vendor order and purchasing module.

- PMO - SDLC and Software Development best practices, procedures.

- Software Quality Assurance, Automated Testing, Documentations and Software releases, deployment and installation.

- 'Application production support' SLA 'Software Release management', deployment and installation.

- BI, Analytics and data warehousing, ETL.

- Experience in Vendor management experience, vendor contract negotiation, vendor and product evaluation.

- Adequate knowledge of Application architecture, RDBMS, data modeling, application performance tuning.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, .Net, modeling tools like UML,Visio, etc.

- Knowledge of SDLC, Requirement specification, Application design, UI, Reporting and Application Integration, waterfall and agile methodology.

- Should be able to handle multiple projects at a given point of time, resource and quality management.

- Should be able to Translate and explain business requirements to project Team.

- Must have an Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Should have Good analytical and presentation skills.

- Should be able to manage Change requests, have experience in change control management.

Desired Qualification:

- MBA in IT, Finance, Accounting or Marketing.

One or more certifications in :

- Certification in Project Management PMP- PMI with SDLC and PMO knowledge.

- Certification in ITIL - Service management / Help Desk

- Certification and experience in Software Quality assur.ance / testing manager.

- .Net Microsoft Technology Application Architecture - client server and / or web.

- RDBMS modeling, architecture including SQL.
