IT Product Manager - Internet/Online

Role:

- Define product strategy and roadmap based on business goals and external (competitors / complements / substitutes) researched knowledge

- Ideate rigorously, and then translate ideas into clear, details-oriented product requirements. Evangelize views with stakeholders.

- Analyze and interpret data from different sources (analytical, quantitative, qualitative) in close cooperation with our business intelligence analysts, triangulate actionable insights and make decisions based on data.

- Take ownership and lead members of cross-functional teams to deliver best in class product experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.

Pre-requisites:

- Relevant 2-5 work experience in Online Product Management and a proven ability to translate customer needs into business and detailed product requirements

- Proven analytical and quantitative skills, and tools to perform analysis. Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project business cases.

- Should be able to think strategically and execute methodically and tactically.

- Superior verbal and written communications skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.

- Engineering background a Must, preferably from Tier-1 College. MBA is a plus.
