Job Description:  Opening for IT - Operations Manager in one of the top FMCG MNC companies. The opening is based in Mumbai.  Detailed JD: (Operations):  - Work closely with FMS, projects teams, all stake holders. Facilitate project support from beginning to end.  - Define deliverables, goals that support business goals in collaboration with stake holders. Most of operations and projects will be managed with the help of FMS providers.  - Monitor and strict adherence to SLA's.  - Liase with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.  - Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.  - Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.  - Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.  - Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.  Technical:  - Hands on Experience. Microsoft AD configuration and Setup  - Exchange 2010 (Administration and Support)  - VMWARE – System Administrator.
