Infrastructure Lead Consultant

Job Description

- Presales support to the sales team on IT Infrastructure service offerings and capabilities – deal qualification, advise clients on appropriate solutions, consultative selling

- Lead and execute advisory technology consulting assignments for clients, either alone or by leading a team

- Manage consulting assignments executed by partners

- Thought leadership in the area of Technology Infrastructure - Creation of knowledge artifacts like white papers, delivery frameworks, methodologies and estimation models – individually as well as by leading teams of technical SMEs

Experience and background

- Overall 8-10 years of experience with at least 5-7 years of consulting experience for global clients with IT services or consulting organizations

- Expertise in one or more of the following areas

- IT infrastructure assessment

- IT Strategy and roadmap development

- Process maturity and gap assessment as per industry best practices

- Operational excellence tools and methodologies

- DR/BCP planning

- Capacity planning and sizing

- ISO 27001/20000/ITIL V3 frameworks

- Cloud services an virtualization

- Self driven and willing to work in a growing environment with minimal supervision

- Engineering graduate, MBA preferred

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
