- IT sales professional possessing in-depth knowledge and expertise in offering end-to end IT solutions in the areas of IT Consulting and IT service offerings like Infrastructure Management Services, Application Development & Testing, Virtualization, Cloud, Enterprise Mobility and Managed Security Services.
- Developing strategic account plans that focus on sales activities, account mapping and integrate specialist-selling seamlessly within an overall account strategy.
- Cultivate & maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure account retention & growth.
- Co-ordinate with various internal teams like Practice, Delivery, Legal, Finance etc to ensure smooth execution of end to end sales cycle - Solution & Project Delivery to Revenue Realization.
- Identifying new potential clients & developing plans to build client preference.
- Studying client Information, preparing and presenting tailor made presentations. portraying the channel strengths in accordance with the clients target market and segments.
- Proper key account servicing and ensuring client satisfaction, which leads to repeated business.
- Negotiations and closure of high value deals, providing excellent after sales support and client servicing
