However, we are really looking for an all-rounder with Business Analysis and Vendor Management as key skills. Here are some of the key things the person will do:  - Identify potential IT Service suppliers to add to the IT Exchange network  - Use and evolve the IT Exchange Service Provider Evaluation Framework  - Sell IT Exchange business model to potential Service providers  - Nurture relationship with key individuals in the Service Provider companies  - Use the Buyer requirement to be able to identify potential Service Providers  - Interface with the SP during bidding process for a transaction  - Keep a master list of SP's and build on the SP network on IT Exchange  - Help in geo diversification of SP location  - Strategic layout in terms of what key skills / locations to target for SP's  - Interface with IT Exchange Buyers to understand and document their requirements performing  - Should be able to identify and work with a service provider to improve project plans, follow up to get issues resolved  - Help the founding team with other day to day activities  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Engineering degree from reputed college, MBA (preferred)  - 3-4 years work experience in a large IT Services company - preferably with presales and BA kind of role  - Strong analytical skills  - Preferably some experience around vendor management and procurement processes  - Good understanding of various SDLCs  - Understand technology adequately to be able to have conversations with a Buyer and Service Providers  - Should be proficient with MS Office  - Strong written and oral communication skills  - Understanding of project management functions  - Should have experience working in a global virtual environment and should have experience in working with international clients
