We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Job Profile:

You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. You will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. We expect you to be highly motivate and self-driven. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Here are some of the key responsibilities:

1) Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. This includes supporting the founder in generating leads for the business, interacting with prospects and understanding their needs

2) Manage relationships with Clients to identify new opportunities

3) Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

4) Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with our Clients by partnering with them and understanding their needs

5) Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

6) Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

7) Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or services

8) Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Desired Skills and Experience:

- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

- Proven 5+ years of work experience in sales and 2+ years in inside sales

- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and IT industry expertise

- Understand technology adequately to be able to have conversations with a Client

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Should have experience working in a global virtual environment and should have experience in working with international clients

- Self-starter with ability to work with little guidance, independently

- Be able to delegate but also willing to get their hands dirty

- Should be proficient with MS Office
