Designation: Business Analyst  Exp: Minimum 3 Yrs relevant experience in Indian Insurance industry or domain  Location: Chennai   Job Responsibilities:  Responsible for preparing business requirement artifacts like Business concept document, preliminary requirement, detailed requirement, Business design and requirement trace-ability matrix   - Interacting with end users and external parties to gather the business requirement.  - Analyzing alternatives and develop recommendations.  - Mapping of business requirements into system requirements.  - Preparation of test plans, test script and perform end to end project certification.  - Presenting business walkthroughs and give business presentations/training to clients.   - Coordination with Business users for Sign offs.  - Business query resolution and domain training.  Should have experience in Portfolio Analysis & business analysis, deployment & developing business process and system solution for Property & Casualty Insurance domain.  Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) having good understanding of various phases of Requirements, Analysis/Design, Development and Testing.
