Essentials

- Hands On working experience with leading Analytics Product Vendors in the role of Business analyst for Product feature development

- Expertise in Customer Analytics Functional Domain

- Hands On experience in developing Market Requirements and Product Specifications for Customer Analytics software

- Hands On exposure in any of Telecom, Banking and Retail verticals

Desirable

- Exposure to US, Europe and UK markets for business analytics

- Experience in developing Market Intelligence defining market conditions and target segments

- Experience in Competitive Analysis monitoring competitor solutions, competition benchmarking and market positioning

- Experience in developing Product Feature Roadmaps for Analytics products

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. Target market analysis to identify market trends, target customer segments, needs analysis and estimating market potential

2. Competition analysis and benchmarking to monitor solutions, competitor moves and market position

3. Develop market requirements for Customer Analytics covering market needs, adoption trends, product differentiation, feature development and target customer base

4. Work as a member of Product Management team to develop product roadmaps and prioritize product functions

5. Validate product features with anchor customer requirements and market feedback from analysts

6. Translate market requirements to detailed business requirements for software product development

7. Provide inputs to product design teams to translate business requirements to product specifications

8. Work with Product Design and Engineering teams to formulate Product Release Plans and Timelines
