Education B.Tech/BE/BSc and MBA or equivalent (from a premier B school only)
Key consideration for the ideal candidate:
- In-depth knowledge in either Banking / Health Care/ Insurance/Life sciences/Retail / Manufacturing business processes
- Thorough experience in any of the above domain (either should have worked in the industry or in IT with domain focus) is an absolute must have.
- Must also be familiar with the latest compliance and regulatory standards governing the chosen industry domain.
- Should have EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills to clearly articulate the requirements and strong Analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Reference Data, Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality and tools/products such as IBM WCC/WPC, Trillium, Siperian, and Initiate will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to United States and European markets will be an added advantage.
- Should be willing to travel as per project requirements either within India or outside for both short and long durations.
