Ready Made steel (RMS) is a solution offered to our customers wherein we give them pre cut and bent steel based on their bar bending schedule that is ready for assembly as soon as it reaches the construction site  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Prospecting the market and identifying target customers  - Develop understanding of customers and their needs  - Concept selling of standard lengths and RMS among target customers amongst decision makers as well as influencer on construction site  - Develop an extensive network of contacts  - Develop market and competitor intelligence  - Contribute to decision on pricing  - Design and execution of relevant marketing programs for customers  - Building proposals and responding to tenders  - Timely collections  - Resolving customer issues in a swift and amicable manner  - Managing a team of people in achieving business targets  Desired Profile:  - 10 -15 years of experience in related field will be ideal  - Any graduate with PG Degree/ Diploma (specialization in marketing)  - Proven experience in selling/marketing construction products to builders, mangers in construction companies, contractors and corporate  - Strong knowledge of existing network of the target segments in Chennai will be preferred.   - Should have a strong technical grasp of the products he or she has marketed in the past  - Should understand the psyche of the customer and challenges faced by them  - Should be able to command respect amongst the buyer segment, for knowledge and technical understanding and be able to add value to them in discussions  Strong personal attributes in a candidate as listed below would be deemed necessary:  - Excellent negotiation skills   - Has maturity to work with people across levels  - Ability to influence without having direct authority  - Good in concept selling  - Excellent team management skills  Those who are interested in exploring this opportunity further could take a look at our website at www.isteel.in.
