Position Purpose:

- Lead cross-functional process improvement projects applying the ISGN Process Excellence Methodology and thereby eliminate waste within the processes.

- Streamline and simplify current processes to achieve reliable and reproducible results. Improve the efficiency, Quality, productivity and reducing the costs and thereby improving the business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- To be an enabler for the organization to continuously optimize the ISGN business system for the benefit of our customers, shareholders and employees across the geographies

- To encourage and lead continual improvement activities, ensuring that the ISGN Process Excellence system becomes the way we work

- Identify, evaluate and initiate Six Sigma improvement projects within the business area

- Coordinate, prioritize and implement process improvement projects with a focus on results and timeliness. Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies. Facilitate and ensure the completion of projects on time.

- Train & certify the employees on Six Sigma, Lean methodologies and Quality tools & techniques.

- Work closely with Ops/Delivery teams to meet their targets. When applicable, coach/mentor Ops teams on corrective &prevent action plans to meet and maintain performance and quality goals.

- Prepare project updates, business reports and presentations as required.

- Proactively assist Operations in solving problems related to business processes.

- Stimulate process improvement

- Root cause analysis

- Disciplined approach to project management

- Interact with Customer on all activities

- Performs other duties as required.

Position Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent field. BE/BTech.

- Six Sigma Black Belt certified. PMP certified.

- Strong Project Management skills.

Software: MS Project, Visio, Minitab & MS Office.

Job Related Experience:

- 8-10 years of experience in Quality/BPR/Process excellence departments in an IT/ITES organization.

- Exposure to Global environment/clients.

- Worked with large cross-functional teams driving the improvement projects.

- Having high customer focus and listens carefully before approaching any disciplined problem resolving.

- Good decision making abilities.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead the teams.

- The ideal candidate will be a person who has strong business, market & customer understanding.

- Strong leadership, management, influencing and communication skills.

- A person with experience in managing large groups of stakeholders - and process improvement specifically. Capable of and instigator of driving efficiency, standardization and process compliance.

- Able to work with diverse groups & teams.

- Autonomous, self-reliant, pro-active and team-oriented work style.

- An individual, who's decisive, has a sense of urgency and result orientation - thereby delivering objectives and increasing business performance.

Functional Area Skills/Knowledge:

- Requires significant knowledge of the organization, work environment and process, with advanced knowledge of quality assurance and extensive knowledge and understanding of technical areas gained through experience and utilized in completing assignments or overseeing others work.

- Strong knowledge of industry and how ISGN products relate to it. Demonstrated knowledge of ISGN's software products.

- Skill in applying the principles of management and supervision.

- Superior communication, interpersonal and customer satisfaction skills.

- Demonstrated concern for attaining high level of customer satisfaction.

- Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate employees to perform at peak standards.

- Able to handle multiple priorities with accurate and timely results.
