Business Analyst  Job Summary :  The goal of the Operational Support Specialist (OSS) will be to augment the existing Salesforce development team by providing an initial assessment of reported issues, feature requests, and other cases involving changes to the Salesforce environment. Primarily tasked with researching cases within the clients Salesforce operations instance(s) and should be able to analyze a given issue and then write a summary of the technical elements involved to be reviewed by the salesforce developers, system architects and business analysts. Summaries should include the salesforce features/application areas involved and potential changes that could be required to the system.   Developing system documentation for business users after a given release. And may also need to perform some basic salesforce administrative tasks such as user management and some configuration  Responsibilities :   Salesforce Administrator Abilities :   - Solid Understanding of Salesforce Security principals including managing Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules, Field Level Security, and Salesforce Application Permissions.  - Ability to provision, manage and revoke user licenses for both full and community users.  - Ability to perform salesforce configuration in a sandbox environment and promote changes via change set.  - Ability to perform SOQL Queries  - Develop System Documentation, such as quick reference guides  Analysis :   - Ability to research and diagnose reported issues within the system.   - Ability to work within a case management system / structure  - Documentation and technical writing  Skills :   - Research, diagnose and document reported issues within the system.   - Work within an established case management structure and document issues via descriptive writing.   - Solid understanding of Salesforce security principals, including managing roles, profiles, sharing rules, field level security and Salesforce system permissions.   - Provision, manage and revoke user licenses for both full and community users.   - Perform basic salesforce configuration in a sandbox environment and promote changes via change set. Leveraging SOQL queries to assist in analysis.
