- Identify, track, pursue and write the EoIs/proposals for the government and donor community opportunities and ensuring proper submission   - Lead development of high quality technical proposals   - Competitor intelligence and business development  - Analysing leads and opportunities to identify prospects and strategize sales pitch  - Develop, implement and deliver various consulting projects related to government consulting including but not limited to social inclusion, economic development, policy advocacy, strategy formulation, analytics etc. at various locations in India and outside  - Make presentation and/or participate in meetings with clients for project related discussion, sharing of findings, etc.  - Coordinate with clients, vendors, consortium partners, external consultants, etc. regularly or as and when required.  - Provide cross cutting support to various projects (Public Sector Reforms, CSR Advisory, Investment climate reforms and MSME promotion) and other practices.  - Actively participate in internal meetings at all levels.   - Work across geographies (India and outside locations) in BD, Programme Support, Specialist inputs and otherwise.   Qualification, Skills & Experience:  - 4-5 years of experience in government advisory  - Masters in Management, Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, Gender Studies, Governance from reputed universities in India or abroad  - Experience in the areas of social inclusion, gender issues, accountability, writing project reports, technical proposals, academic papers, policy briefs, etc.  - Excellent writing skills, preferably with strong track record of writing winning proposals; preferably good strategic thinkers  - Good understanding of government and donor community bidding process and standard templates  - Understand the priority areas of government/donor community accounts and map our services for maximizing penetration  - Have or quickly obtain a good internal network and knowledge of relevant capabilities, personnel etc.  - Knowledge of working of management consulting firms is desirable  - Should have past working experience on multiple donor funded assignments  - Ability to travel frequently and at short notice to project locations within and outside India
