Looking for a research analyst to join the investment team of an multi-disciplinary hedge fund employing an intensive fundamental approach to investing.  The investment team is primarily composed of fundamental, bottom-up research driven investors. The group holds positions over the medium to long-term and seeks equity-like risk-rewards across the capital structure and a variety of financial instruments. The research analyst would be focusing primarily in the equity markets and helping to identify investments with a fundamental approach targeting absolute returns.  Some of key responsibilities / not limited to:  - Conduct fundamental research on companies and sectors   - Carry out in-depth valuation work   - Help in monitoring/hedging current investments   - Contribute to idea generation on public market investing   - Develop relationships with sell-side sales coverage, research analysts and corporate management teams to source investment ideas  Please note we are ONLY looking for some with prior experience in Sell Side ( non out sourced ) / Buy Side ( Long - short ) / Fundamental Research / Equity Placements - with strong emphasis on Bottom-up research.   Education - MBA top tier would be a preference, with a max 2/3 years of over all experience.
