Investment Banking Expert - M&A - Consulting Firm

We are currently retained by leading consulting firm to look for Investment Banking expert who is into Lead Advisory and has experience into Private Equity & End to End M&A

Below is the synopsis however not restricted to it :

- Should have the ability to execute the deal end to end - right from making research, identification of targets; reaching out to the targets; setting up meetings for seniors; pitch preparations; helping in the pitch; mandate preparations; preparation of Info memo; financial models, valuations; pitching to investors; handling their queries; helping set up meetings for them; coordination with the company to get info and set up meetings; helping in negotiations, execution of term sheets; helping close the legal documentations and deal closures including coordinating with lawyers and dd agencies; recovering the fee amongst others
