We have multiple openings, both for Investment Banking Analyst (preferably non-MBA or MBA fresher) and Associate (Tier-1 MBAs only) roles. Openings are created for regular hiring cycle, since our client has not done campus placements this year.

Responsibilities:

- Deal Origination, execution, and closure

- Preparing Pitches and other related documents

- Financial Modeling and Analysis

- Conducting background research and preparing presentations

- Conducting Due Diligence

- Assist and report to Vice President

Skills :

- Financial modeling and Analysis skills

- Proven oral and written communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Numerate

- Any progress towards CFA would be an advantage

Only Tier-1 B-school graduates (IIT/CA/CFA mandatory for non-MBA candidates)
