Compulsory Requirements :

- Expert level capability with financial modelling and valuation. Candidate should be able to build a detailed financial model from scratch

- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Investment Banking / M&A, preferably from a IB, Big4, PE, or Consulting (specifically on Lead Transaction Advisory, Front Office Role)

- Prior deal experience of at least 2-3 PE/ M&A or Project Finance Deals

- Post-graduate/MBA/CA/CFA

- Strong communication and MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills

Preferred Requirements :

- Strong team player and ability to multitask between various deals/ projects

- Self-driven and hard working with willingness to spend long hours and travel

- Relevant Network at CXO/ Promoter (or Middle Management level at least) in the industry with the ability to get involved in Business Development.
