Job Description:  Work closely with clients for creation and implementation of their financial plans:  - Monitor financial market trends to ensure that plans are effective, and to identify any necessary updates  - Prepare and interpret for client’s information such as investment objectives and client’s risk appetite to gauge product suitability  - Research and investigate new investment opportunities to determine relevance for clients  - Answer clients' questions about the purposes and details of financial plans and strategies.  - Review customer needs and asset allocation; proactively engage with the customer to validate the understanding of the needs  - Having relevant experience in financial services industry  - A deep understanding of the financial advisory business process  - Proven people, business and client relationship handling skills  - Possesses strong knowledge of financials and wealth product skills.  - Having a pleasing personality and effective communication skills  - Ability to engage very large clients  - Strong persuasion skills  - Deal closure ability  - Ability to understand, anticipate and react to competitive market requirements, industry opportunities and constraints.  Grade: Senior Manager and above  Candidates with less experience say below 4 years should be from tier A institutes like IIM'S
