Job Description: - Director Academics

Key Responsibilities

- Over-see all the verticals purely from an Academia and University co-ordination perspective.

- Closely supervise and be responsible for the end-to-end submission of proposals to universities in their prescribed formats.

- Lead all key discussions on the curriculum and course matrix etc. with senior academic people (like Vice Chancellors and Academic Deans and Heads of Departments)

- Build strong relationships with Universities, based on your strong credentials in the UGC, university, academic domains which the university decision makers will respect.

- To guide all Vertical Heads and their SMEs (Subject matter experts) on implementation of initiatives like Choice based credits system (CBCS).

Technical Competencies

- Strong understanding of UGC/AICTE norms

- Experience in formulation of curriculum & course matrix

- Should have worked in leadership roles at university ( eg : VC/Dean etc., )

- Should have been a part of Board of Studies.

Behavioral Competencies

- Excellent Communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams

- Strong Presentation Skills

Years of experience: 15-20 yrs

Qualification: Phd in any stream
