Group Program Manager  Responsibilities :   Leadership :   - Trusted resource to inspire teams to deliver awesome and win together, to align strategy with priorities among and within programs, ensure processes and staffing are providing the right support for the business, and to focus teams on solving for True North.   Program Execution :   - Drive cross-functional execution of programs, from requirements to delivery and ensures that programs deliver on time with high quality, in accordance with business objectives.  Planning & Tracking :   - Create, optimize, and drive structured schedules and project plans across projects and cross-functional teams. Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables, effectively adapting and modifying plans based on changing data or conditions. Assist in planning and ensuring that a project tracks to resources, time to market, and budget constraints.   - Assist in ensuring adherence to quality & other relevant standards (e.g. interoperability, architectural compliance and industry compliance).   - Track open issues and effectively negotiates decisions and trade-offs to guide issues to resolution. Hold program team members accountable for their commitments, milestones, resources, and deliverables.   Risk management & Problem Solving :   - Anticipate, identify, document, and manage program risks, proposing appropriate mitigation and contingency plans. Identify cross-functional dependencies and track and report on their progress.   - Propose workable solutions to problems by analyzing business and technical trade-offs among alternatives, and use objective judgment and influence to formulate and drive recommendations.   Communication And Coordination :   - Drive quality results through team interaction and effective cross-group collaboration. Document and communicate status, issues, and risks in a timely manner to stakeholders and senior management, framing communication appropriately for intended audience and purpose.   - Create clearly understandable & actionable success criteria, objectives, and requirements, communicate them to the team and drive program activities accordingly. Conduct program and cross-functional team meetings to update status, and identify and resolve issues.   Qualifications :   - Program Management experience, including 15 or more years leading complex software application delivery projects, migration programs, organizational change leadership programs, and/or end-to-end process design programs that involve multiple cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.   - Excellent leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, influence at all levels, and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs  - Progressive financial and program oversight and accountability reflecting full project lifecycle, system development lifecycle, multiple geographic locations, and complex user organizational structures.   - Ability to think end-to-end about customer and employee needs in a way that is operationally sustainable, and to influence others to do the same.  - Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly to stakeholders throughout the organization.   - Solutions oriented, with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions   - Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile development methodologies, system architecture, SaaS and cloud environments  - Ability to work in a fast paced environment   - Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations.   - Strong experience with MS Office, MS project, Rally, and online collaborative and social tools   - Undergraduate Degree or higher with 8 or more years of relevant Software Development and/or Financial Services experiences, MBA preferred.   - PMI PMP Certification desired.
