ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Result Area / Deliverables Key Performance Indicator- Weightage %
Business Planning - Preparing Business Plan for the Financial Year and ensuring its execution : Top Line, Bottom Line, Expenses, Resource Planning, Marketing Plan & Market Share 15%
Revenue Generation - Ensuring achievement of Top line, NGM, PBT from IT Business 20%
Product Management - Ensuring adherence to the product road map ( No. of new products added to product portfolio, Average MFR of the products launched in the FY, Achievement TAT for Inventory availability as per Sales plan) 15 %
Stock Management - Average aging of the products in Company Warehouse - IT
- Ensuring availability of stock as per planning 15 %
Distribution Management - Number of New Channel Partner added / rationalized during FY, Average overdue of payment by Partner 10%
Service Excellence - Ensuring excellent customer experience ( TAT, RFR, VOC)
- Controlling MFR, AFR, MSL, Inventory, Cost 15%
People Management - Ensuring achievement of Engagement Score, Average monthly attrition rate, Average Training Man-days for the Team
- Succession Planning for critical roles 10%

Desired Qualifications, Experience
Qualification(s) - PGDBM/MBA - Sales & Marketing
Relevant Experience - 20+ Years- experience in IT / Peripherals
- Should have experience of Developing and Managing Channel for Sales mobilization
- Experience in Pan India Trade Business strategy development and Deployment in setting up / managing end to end Channel Sales Business in Consumer Electronic/Mobile / Electronics Business
- Strong demonstrated Leadership skills
- Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive
