The International Recruiter role is an exciting position with opportunities to work closely with international teams and experts around the globe. International Recruiters will work closely with client facing staff on custom client projects and strategic recruiting efforts designed to quickly put company's Clients in touch with relevant key opinion leaders and senior level industry executives.  Key Responsibilities:  - Rapidly and efficiently identify, recruit and establish consulting relationships with potential experts best suited to participate in our highest priority client inquiries through phone & emails  - Grow the Company's Expert network by recruiting key opinion leaders to the network, using Job portals, LinkedIn, recruiting campaigns, leveraging industry and professional lists, trade and business associations, referrals and other possible relationships across industry domains.   - Interact with potential experts and capture key data to be presented to Clients about the expert;  - Coordinating with international teams to present the experts recruited for specific client projects and otherwise  Candidate Specifications:  - Smart Recruitment professional with minimum 2 years experience in recruiting for international geographies.  - Freshers also welcome for junior roles with excellent communication & internet search skills  - Exceptional communication skills  - Process oriented  - Keen sense of meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets  Company Description:  The job is for a global expert network company STARTING operations in Hyderabad and a prestigious client of Leap (www.leapanalytics.net).
