Job Responsibilities:-
Head Sales:
1. Responsible for budget and business plan.
2. Responsible for Top line and Bottom line of the company
3. Responsible for developing distribution network and reach as per strategic roadmap
4. Responsible for creating warehouse and distribution center
5. Develop CFA points and service centers.
6. Sales force management and training & development
7. Train and make a sustainable opportunity for leaders and business for company.
8. Develop sales forecast and product planning of the company
9. Product pricing and brand positioning.
Head - Operation:
1. Management of All India operations Warehousing & Logistics
2. Implement IT projects
3. Develop and Implement all policies and procedures for operations.
4. Oversee all Imports
5. Oversee all local manufacturing
6. Manage entire customer service processes Registrations, Payments, Order booking, Dispatches, Deliveries and customer complaints management.
7. Prepare yearly budget and manage functioning as per approved budgets
Pre-Incorporation:
1. Market Research and focus groups to analyze potential of direct sales
2. Developed business plan for new joint venture
3. Product and Price Positioning
4. Legal coordination with Indian and German counterparts
5. Finalize organizational structure and selections and recruitment of candidates
6. Managing complete operational requirements in terms of accounts, imports, HR and Administration
7. Agreements with different recruitment agencies, advertising agencies, PR agencies.
