Job Title- Finance Senior Represenative

Experience- 4-8 years

Qualification- CA

Shift timing- 8.00am-4.30 pm

Job Description:

- We are looking for someone who has experience working with a big 4 or a reputed accounting firm conducting audits of publicly traded companies.

- This position involves working among a team of audit professionals with diverse cultural background, in executing financial, compliance and operating audit assignments, and providing consulting services to internal business partners as required. We look for strong analytical and technical skills, ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues, findings and demonstrate sound business judgment.

- This position has the opportunity to travel up to 35% in a year.

- Because this position has high visibility to senior management we would expect strong business acumen, excellent organization skills, project management skills, leadership skills, and strong English communication skills including both written and verbal.

The person should be able to work independently, yet effective in a team environment. As a member of the team, the individual will participate in business/financial audits and partner with external audit firm to deliver on audits of Agilent businesses, processes and controls. The role involves working on various areas of:

- Business process controls reviews;

- Financial and operation controls reviews;

- Compliance to company policies, processes related reviews;

- Sarbanes-Oxley control reviews;

Skills Required:

- Certified Accountant (CA) or CPA or equivalent, will be preferred.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of working experience in a big 4/ reputed accounting firm and/or internal audit function of a multinational organization.

- Working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley 404, data mining skills, proficiency in MS Office (i.e. excel, word etc.)

- Working knowledge of ERPs (Oracle/SAP) are preferred.
