Internal Audit Manager

Role:

- Ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls

- Ascertain extent of compliance with established plans, policies and procedures and the reliability of management data

- Assist in making detailed annual audit plan

- Conduct internal audit, review audit reports and check for accuracy before submission to top management

- Work on continuous process improvements

Requirements:

- CA/ICWA with 5+ years of post-qualification experience

- Knowledge of or experience of working in SAP/ERP environment

- Should have experience in internal audit function of a large sized firm preferably from the pharma or FMCG industries

- Should have excellent communication skills and good planning and negotiating skills
