Internal Audit:  Principal Accountabilities:  - To assist in preparing audit plans of assigned units, based on the risk assessment exercise  - Participate in formulation of the audit plans in the beginning of the financial year.  - Get involved in the risk assessment exercise.  - To assist in conducting audits, follow-up in assigned Units.  - Collect information from previous years files of same units or reports from other units  - To perform pre-planning for each assignment  - To participate in opening meetings and carry out field work.  - To assess, analyse and review the existing systems in the defined areas.  - Identify audit findings and prepare clear and concise draft audit report in consultation with superior/ sr team member  - Discuss with management personnel and apprise the senior team member  - To participate in audit closing meeting.  - Assist in finalizing the audit report.  - Perform other work as directed by the superior./sr team member  Focus on Audit Quality:   - Ensure adherence to the established Audit process  - Use Audit Work Programs, Check lists and tools, Audit software and other IT tools to improve quality/audit process.  - Escalate facts and opinions to Sr team member/ Superior to validate findings.  Check adequacy of management response:  - Special Program/ Projects   - Undertake development work as directed by the superior  - CA with 2 to 4 years of experience.   Location: Bangalore
