The Group’s consolidated capital is in excess of $5.1 billion.   Job Description:  - The Company Secretary will be responsible for coordinating the secretarial affairs for our Indian company, Interactive Brokers (India) Private Limited.   - Responsibilities will span a wide spectrum of functions, including support of legal, accounting, auditing and other in-house operations groups.   Responsibilities:  - Filing annual returns, resolutions, minutes and documents with ROC/RBI.  - Updating policies and procedures and verifying implementation.  - Drafting resolutions and maintaining meeting minutes.  - Coordinating for statutory audits, systems audits in conjunction with auditors, compliance officer and accounting team.  - Processing Invoices with appropriate TDS (including overseas payments).  - Managing service tax under Reverse Charge Mechanism.  - Periodic calculation, payments and filing return for Stamp Duty, TDS and Service Tax.  - Reconciliations of taxes with the General Ledger.  - Interacting with various departments within the organization to meet deadlines.  Qualifications:  - Qualified Company Secretary from ICSI  - Graduate in accountancy.  - Good knowledge of accounting and taxation.  - Good English communication oral and written skills.  - Good problem solving skills  - Previous experience in the financial industry is preferred.   - Self-motivated for monitoring and troubleshooting issues.  We Offer:  - Fast growing environment within a highly successful company.  - Compensation package including share plan.  If you are motivated, initiative, analytical and methodical, we can offer you a position that will both challenge and reward.
