We work collaboratively with clients to address their specific support needs in areas such as e-discovery, legal process outsourcing, market and competitive intelligence, and other business services  DESIGNATION: SENIOR EXECUTIVE (TALENT MANAGEMENT)   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:	  TALENT ACQUISITION:  - To understand the requisition details from respective stakeholder and source profiles accordingly through job portals, referrals and databases  - Responsible for entire recruitment process - conduct preliminary round of interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria  - To effectively use personal network, build up database, internet and employee referrals for prospecting  - Create and maintain database i.e. careers for future requirements  - To correspond to all internal referrals and maintain a database for the same  INDUCTION AND ON BOARDING:   - Assist new joinees to complete joining formalities  - To develop good relationship and provide regular feedback to vendor’s  - Conduct background verification for new joinee. Coordinate with the vendor to initiate background check and ensure final report is received on time  REPORTING:  - Generate and maintain daily, monthly recruitment MIS, and cost-benefit reports   - To maintain database, contracts, invoice and billing for all Vendors  - To send requisition update report to respective stakeholder on closure of every requisition   PROCESS IMPROVEMENT:  - Participate in a variety of recruitment activities so that the organization’s recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable  - Assist in compensation and benefit survey to ensure current salary is as per market standards  PERSONAL SUCCESS CHARACTERISTICS:  - High level of positive attitude   - Effective time management skills  - Fluent in written and oral communication in English at all levels internally and externally   - Professional approach to problem solving   - Good decision-making abilities on the job   - Target Driven  - Keen eye for detail  - Ability to adapt any process changes in minimal time period  - Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint  - SAP/ EBM/ Peoplesoft experience will be an added advantage   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:  - Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in the area of Talent Acquisition - either from a Talent Search Firm/  Corporate/ Consulting/ Market Research Firm   - Experience in handling BPO/KPO recruitment (junior till senior management)  EDUCATION:  - Graduate in any stream (preferably B.Tech), MBA/ PG – Diploma in Human Resources
