Project Managers are the point of contact for large client engagements from Delivery side. In addition to managing client engagements, Project Managers engage heavily in managing the talent of their group. This includes ensuring professional objectives of the entire group members are met over time, ensuring a smooth calibration process of their group and thinking about interesting opportunities that can be created for the group members within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Managing multiple, complex/large projects and proposals, end-to-end
- Designing the analytical approach and work plan for projects/proposals
- Being responsible for smooth project operations — overall project quality and productivity of teams
Client Management
- Managing client engagement, independently
- Being a thought partner with clients on calls
People Management
- Managing project teams – providing regular feedback, on projects, to teams, giving step-up opportunities to develop advanced skills, and managing professional development on projects
- Mentoring individuals, apart from project teams, in their career and professional aspirations
- Talent Management of the group – ensuring professional development of group members and actively handling the calibration/review process of the group
Other Initiatives
- Contributing to the overall management of Grail Research across multiple functional areas — managing and building up existing and/or new client relationships
- Being actively involved in organization improvement initiatives and activities
- Participating in recruitment activities, design and deliver training modules, and driving other initiatives such as Newsletters and Fun events
