Integreon - Project Lead

Project Lead and above are a part of the management team. Project Leads are responsible for project management, client engagement, team management on projects and their professional development, and other responsibilities as part of a group. Project Leads also engage themselves in various organization-wide initiatives and activities.

Responsibilities:

Project Management

- Having emerging expertise in one or more content area or categories

- Managing a project, end-to-end, and supporting Client Servicing Officers (CSOs) in drafting client proposals

- Making significant contributions to the design of the analytical approach and work plan

- Being responsible for smooth project operations – overall project quality and productivity of teams

Client Management

- Understanding the client objective and managing client expectations on projects along with the Project Manager/CSO

- Leading client calls wherever required

People Management

- Managing a project team – providing regular feedback and offer step-up opportunities (where applicable) to team members on projects

- Mentoring individuals, apart from project teams, in their career and professional aspiration

Other Initiatives

- Participating in organization-improvement initiatives and activities such as knowledge management

- Conducting skill-based internal training sessions independently

- Helping the organization in scaling up by actively participating in recruitment drives at the premises or on campus
