2-3 years of working experience in either brokerage research, consulting or any similar analytical occupations

Exposure of meeting company managements and writing quick notes (as part of Research or other consulting organisation)

Proven ability to understand financial statements/ annual reports

High degree of proficiency in Excel skills

Aptitude for numbers and analytical bent of mind

Behavioral:

Ability to network with people to understand companies/ sector better

Integrity and ability towork in team

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work under time pressure and adhere to deadlines

Technical (Software / IT related):

Strong on Excel, word and power point - Very important

Qualification- CA or CFA (USA) (Level 2 complete) compulsory
