We are seeking Field Examiners for junior to senior positions who will be responsible for performing asset based lending (ABL) audits, pre-loan surveys & recurring field examinations.  Asset Based Lending is specialized bank financing to middle market companies in diverse industries. The ABL career is specialized, exciting, lucrative, challenging and growing opportunity in the banking industry.   Successful applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance followed by a masters degree, Chartered Accountancy (CA) or CPA, The candidates should possess strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. A successful hire would be expected to conduct fieldwork daily and inform supervisors of the engagement status after a brief training in ABL field examination process and procedures. prior US experience is a plus.   Work assigned will generally be well defined and is expected to be carried out with limited supervision. The complexity and size of audit assignments will vary. The ability to effectively communicate audit results, both verbally and in writing, so they are persuasive, placed in the appropriate context, and understood by the recipient is an absolute must.   The ideal candidate will possess:  Excellent written and verbal communication is a must and a requirement for the job  Willing to relocate to United States   Critical thinking and analytical skills  External audit experience is a must   Ability to interact with all levels of management  Exceptional customer relations skills  Effective time management skills to complete projects within time budgets  Perform audit and accounting research and summarize conclusions in written form.   Develop quality business relationships that result in client loyalty.   Local and out of town travel required.  Please respond with your full resume with a cover letter which should include salary history and salary expectations.
