Inside Sales Specialist - Middle East Market - B2B Segment - Executive Search Firm

Flexi Partners is a leading HR firm with offices in India, UAE, Oman and Qatar. We have 4 divisions viz, Executive Search, Training, RPO and HR Consulting

We are hiring an Inside Sales Specialist for our International Operations, and would be based in Bangalore.

The role :

- Map potential clients for our businesses in the middle east market.

- Identify HR heads/ Business leaders to promote Flexi Partners.

- Out call them and suggest our business solutions.

- Fix appointments for the respective sales teams in the locations to visit and present the capabilities.

- Closely follow up with the sales teams to ensure closures.

- Ensure revenue targets are achieved.

- Build a strong pipeline of prospects.

The Person :

- MBA with 3 years experience in Inside sales.

- Must have sold business solutions in B2B segment

- Must be from sales outcalling background.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical abilities.

Salary Offered: 6 - 8 LPA
