- Experience in Lead Generation/Cold Calling (Mandatory)
- Experience in US Market is required (Mandatory)
- Experience in Healthcare domain is required (Preferable)
- Must possess strong communication- Able to communicate with Director level or above people
- Must have experience in setting up Appointments in Outlook
- Will be good to have someone who knows Analytics since he/she will be selling Analytics Services to the prospective clients
Shift Timings- US Shift- 6PM-3AM
Role and Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling expertise:
- Must be comfortable making dozens of cold calls per day, working with marketing partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing appointments.
- Will qualify prospects; generate appointments and source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Build and maintain relationships by conducting ongoing, informative dialog that helps qualified prospects who are not yet sales-ready post sales meetings
- Meet assigned sales quotas (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly), both individually and as part of a team.
- Understand and effectively communicate the EXL's value proposition and targeted message.
- Appointment scheduling & Pipeline Management
- Executive appointment setting with experience in fixing meetings via outlook calendar, teleconferencing via WebEx or face to face meetings near prospect sites.
- Document and update Sales Pipeline with daily activities, manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business.
- Utilize a customer relationship database application (Salesforce.com) to accurately notate new prospects in pipeline.
Candidate Profile :
- Must have a bachelor- s/master's degree in business or marketing related field. (A combination of education and experience would be considered)
- Minimum 1 year sales or lead generation experience in US market is a must (US Healthcare knowledge is a preference). Previous experience of telemarketing, cold-calling, lead nurturing and setting appointments/closing sales via telephone.
- Should be comfortable working in night shift (US).
- A strong phone presence with a knack for building rapport quickly and establishing trust with prospects/clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the sales cycle, remain knowledgeable about all Analytics offerings and services with the ability to close appointments.
- Experience using Salesforce.com, Hoovers, Data.com, Google etc preferred
- Comfortable and well versed with use of internet for research purposes.
- Strong PC skills, including experience using MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel and ability to learn new platforms.
- Must be well-organized and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
