Basic qualifications / criteria:

- B. Tech + M.B.A. from tier 1 college

- Excellent analytical and consulting skills

- 7 - 10 years, in sales and account management in unsecured lending

- Team management and process management with team

Responsibilities:

To acquire new principals and increase revenue from existing principals.

Duties:

1. To prepare target list of principals based on go-to- market strategy from the VP-Sales

2. Acquire new principals

3. Generate and drive the revenue from Principals (Business Suppliers)

4. Generate and drive the revenue from Dealers (Business Buyers) of these Principals through Dealers Management team, includes call center and field support team

5. Prepare the business plan along with Principals to achieve the revenue targets

6. Weekly review with Principals to drive and achieve the revenue targets

7. Continuous track of revenue generated and growth, from Dealers

8. Strategize along with Principals to increase the usage of product by Dealers

9. Implement the strategies through Dealers Management team to increase the usage considering profit vs. cost

10. Review of revenue with Dealers Management team

11. Keep the product team updated about market, including competitors, issues faced by Dealers and Principals in usage of product

12. Manager the expectation of Principals and Dealers regarding available features of product

13. Develop new sales strategies for reducing the time to acquire new principals.

Personality:

The ideal person for this role would be someone who loves to drive the business by making customer successful and loves selling. Needless to mention, the person would be self- driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and impeccable integrity. He/She would have a track record of delivering results consistently in uncertain environments. Excellent communication skills with an ability to manage crucial conversations with senior people at the Principals organization.
