Generating the new business.  - Responsible to close the orders.  - Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.  - Create, build and enhance business thru- partners - SI's and Resellers.  - Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts.  - Create monthly, quarterly sales and service plan on the assigned accounts.  - Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.  Skills/Qualifications:-  - Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of experience in selling technology products in IT/Telecom industry.  - Preferably a P.G. graduate with experience in a MNC or corporate company.  - Excellent communication & interpersonal selling skills with ability to interact at all levels in organizations be it CXO levels etc.  - High achievement record within Channel Sales.  - Should have good negotiation Skills.  - Move the sale through the entire sales process, actively engaging other company resources as necessary to ensure success.  - Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.  - Experience in selling video conferencing, telecom products, and network or security products.  - Worked with an S.I company & IT Resellers.  - Preferable if sold MS solution Exchange etc. or telecom products PBX or data & security products e.g. Router, firewall, load balancer etc.  - Should have very good communication skills and Pleasant Personality.  - Should be a strong Sales Person with Go Getter Attitude.  Compensation:  Innova Telecom believes in offering an excellent Performance linked Remuneration package comparable to the best in the industry for the right candidate.
