About InnerHour :  We are a psychological wellness technology venture based out of Mumbai and our founders have over 30 years of experience in the field of psychological wellness; both domestic and international. We are looking for a proactive marketing head to take our venture to the next level.  The Team:  - The founders have nearly 30 years of experience in the psychological wellness space and have worked both in India and abroad. We have significant experience of delivering psychological wellness online and are now translating this into a scalable platform.  - In addition to our rapidly growing team of professionals, we are working with two technology teams to develop our platform and have recently launched our v1.  The Venture :  The platform will deliver psychological wellness and expertise to people using a range of modalities and mediums - all enabled by technology. We are all passionate about changing the lives of millions of people needing psychological support in all aspects of their lives.  Key areas :  - Setting firm-wide branding and marketing strategy  - Lead on both offline and online marketing strategy and delivery  - Brand architecture, brand programs and brand identity of the firm  Responsibilities :  - Create, own and implement overall marketing strategies, providing leadership and direction to team members  - Lead the development & management of user acquisition road-map  - Manage the corporate brand and brand identity of the firm  - Manage public relations and media  - Actively engage in informing and shaping of product roadmap  Qualifications :  - 3-6 years of relevant work experience  - Advanced working knowledge of spreadsheets or another data analysis tool  - Graduate or MBA from premier institutions  - Strong account management and relationship building skills  - Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and brand management  Desired Qualities :  - Strong communication and inter-personal skills including writing and presentation skills  - Analytical and methodical  - Data driven decision making  - Being able to align the marketing efforts in line with the vision of the firm  - Self-initiator and fast learner  For the right candidate, apart from a competitive salary, we are also willing to provide stock in the company.  The role is full-time and based in our Mumbai offices.
